1. License grant
Subject to an active subscription or lifetime purchase, VisionGrid grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the software on the number of devices included in your plan, for your own business use.
2. Plans and usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly page quota. Usage is measured in processed PDF pages. Quotas reset monthly. Exceeding the quota disables further processing until the next cycle or an upgrade.
3. Trial
A 3-day trial with a 5-page-per-day limit is available per device. A payment card is optional — you may start the trial with or without one. No charge is made during the trial. If you add a card, unless cancelled the trial converts to a Starter subscription ($2.99/month) at the end of the trial period; if you skip the card, the trial simply ends and you may upgrade to a paid plan to continue. Trials are limited to one per device per product.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, share license keys across more devices than licensed, or use the software to process documents you do not have the right to access.
7. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is." VisionGrid is not liable for data loss or business decisions made from extracted output. You are responsible for verifying extracted data.
